How games are hosted
Games on this site are not hosted on our servers. They are embedded from third-party game distribution networks and remain under the control of their original developers and publishers. When a developer removes a game from those networks, the game stops working on our site as well.
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe a game or page on this site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject line DMCA Takedown and include:
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on this site where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf, under penalty of perjury.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review complete notices promptly. Where a claim is valid we remove the page from our catalogue, usually within 2 business days, and notify the uploader where we have contact details. Incomplete notices may be returned so the missing information can be supplied.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the same level of detail. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.
Repeat infringement
Accounts or sources that repeatedly infringe copyright are removed from the site.
